The Florida Hospital performance improvement (PI) department specializes in methodology, DMAIC, which combines the tools of Lean and Six Sigma. Designzillas worked closely with the Florida Hospital PI team in creating a cutting-edge, informative, and educational website about learning more about the services and team. It was our team's goal to create an impactful front-end design to build a solid framework of back-end tools. The website is built in the Drupal 7 content management system, and includes back-end management tools for: Banners, Team Pages, Project List, DMAIC Training Calendar, Vimeo Video integration, and custom Contact Form.
