Job Description
This role is a specialist within our in-house digital advertising team who will report to the Paid Advertising Manager. This role will focus on the planning, management, and execution of our paid media channels for various clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset focused on fostering the best performance possible within our clients’ paid media campaigns with the assistance of the analytics team and a growth-driven attitude.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, develop, and implement media campaigns across various channels (paid search, paid social, display/video, etc.)
- Continuously test and iterate ad, creative, and landing page copy
- Write copy for ads and ad creative and work with in-house creative team to ensure designs meet the standards and expectations of the department, client, and platforms
- Perform search query reports and update negative keyword lists on a regular basis
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
- Serve as the strategy and audience messaging expert within the team
- Collaborate with media analyst to monitor performance and make strategic optimizations to improve results
- Collaborate with media analyst to monitor client budgets and ensure campaign spend is within the targeted range while making strategic shifts as necessary
- Collaborate with media analyst to lead client communication, meetings, and overall management of the client relationship and expectations
- Complete ad hoc tasks related to client and internal team requests
- Stay up-to-date on new, emerging technologies and trends within paid media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Ad/PR or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience creating and launching paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, traditional media, etc)
- Experience copywriting for various mediums (i.e. ads, creative, landing pages, etc)
- Capable of self-managing a schedule based on varying goals, priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio a plus
SALARY
- $60,000-$65,000/Year
